The website brings property imagery, residence specifications, floor plans and location information into one browsing journey. Visitors can explore the estate and register their interest.
Our scope included SEO and GEO enablement: preparing the website for search and AI-assisted discovery. Search visibility and business performance depend on ongoing content, technical maintenance and measurement.

What we were solving.
5573 on Bella Way is a lifestyle estate in Arlington Estate, Harare. Buyers need to understand the estate, compare the residences and see the location before they visit, and the website has to carry the estate’s TTRZ™ brand on any device.
OUR APPROACH
How we did it.
- Structure the journey. Estate overview first, then residences with specifications and floor plans, location and lifestyle, and finally a clear route to register interest.
- Design around the imagery. Full-width property photography, restrained typography and gentle motion, so the estate does the talking.
- Build for speed. A statically generated Next.js site with no database, so pages load quickly and hosting stays simple.
- Release with checks. An automated deploy that verifies the live site after every release.
