Common questions.
What is the difference between UX and UI design?
UX design is about how something works: the journey, the structure and the decisions a person makes. UI design is how it looks and feels: layout, type, colour and interactive elements. We do both, so the two stay connected.
Do we need UX design if we already have a website?
Often, yes. A UX review of an existing site shows what stops people from enquiring or buying, and helps you spend your budget on the changes that matter most.
What do we receive at the end?
Depending on the scope: a UX review, user journeys, wireframes, UI designs and an interactive prototype. Everything is documented so your developers, or ours, can build from it.
Can you also build the design?
Yes. We design and develop websites, so the same team can take your UX and UI design through to a working site.
